It didn’t just show up here in The Messy Middle it’s always been there. We were just too busy, too distracted, or too good at performing to notice. But now that the noise has quieted, we have no choice but to face it.

In this episode, I’m briefly unpacking what validation really means, the void we often try to fill with it, and even peeking at a few other things that might be hiding in that same empty space.

It’s a quick reflection but a necessary one because awareness is where the healing starts.
