In today’s episode, Randon tackles two particular generational age groups (the young Generation Z, and the 20-30-year-old millennials) and where they go following the pandemic. To start, the future of education is discussed including the setbacks and even silver linings from a student perspective but also a faculty perspective. Then, Randon sets up the difficulty facing the Millennial generation that has already been molded and shaped by global events and major economic downfalls during their lifetimes (15:40).
