In previous years Gavan was a consumer of all news and he justified consuming and listening to it so he could say that he was making decisions in his business that were properly informed because he knew what was going on. He was the ultimate consumer of all news but now he reflects on how a twitter alert about the imminent start of WWIII no longer brings the same response in him. He’s made the move to producer and in this episode explains how he did it and why you need to look at what you can change and influence rather than pointlessly worrying about what you can’t.
