Drs ⁠⁠Beltre⁠⁠, ⁠Filtz⁠, and ⁠⁠Mitchell⁠⁠ sit down with Dr Samantha Ahle to discuss why she choose general surgery and a career in pediatric surgery, some of the factors that go into choosing a pediatric fellowship, address some of the considerations with becoming a pediatric surgeon and, of course, touch on the often discussed work-life balance.
