Tonight, my good friend John McNamara joins me in the studio to discuss his adventures in hospitality, the good, the bad and the ugly with opening a restaurant and so much more.

Originally from Frankfort, John graduated from LSU where he was a student-manager for the basketball team during the Shaq days. He started in the restaurant industry with a group in Baton Rouge, LA, before becoming the General Manager of Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Chicago. He returned to Kentucky to become the Managing Partner of Malone’s Lansdowne and went on to manage all of our restaurants (and open a few) before moving to our corporate office. In his free time, John enjoys being with his family, visiting new restaurants and golfing.
