<p>One of the most difficult parts about teaching is taking time off.  Planning for a substitute teacher can be stressful and time consuming.  We are so grateful for the substitutes who have taken care of our students when we needed to be elsewhere.  We know we have talked about taking time off in the past, but this time we share stories of some of the awesome and strange experiences we have had over the last 10 years.  </p>
