Prior to his time with The FA, Karl worked for Premier League side Southampton FC. He and his team look after the pitch which hosts domestic finals including that of the men and women's FA Cups, the Carabao Cup and will be used for the semi-finals and finals of UEFA EURO 2020 this summer.
