Weighed down by chains of guilt & shame, Steven grew to live for the moment. He partied, slept around, manipulated people for his own purpose & desires, and became a con, a thief, and an addict. His choices led to four failed marriages over eight years in prison & which eventually left him broke, alone, and homeless on the streets of Nashville, Tennessee.
