*****I meant the milk is pasteurized not homogenized. Pasteurize heats to kill bacteria. Homogenized is when its essentially churned until the cream no longer floats on top like milk naturally does. Commercial milk is both homogenized and pasteurized. Raw milk isn’t pasteurized and illegal to sell so I didn’t want a misstep to cause trouble
