SOAPDISH (Bold and Beautiful) March 16, 2023

1) Opening

2) Thomas has been on the apology tour with Hope and even Brooke for his last round of indiscretions.

3) Thomas thinks he can go visit Douglas at Steffy's any time he wants. Steffy lays the law down about expectations around visitation.

4) Taylor has a heart to heart with Steffy and Thomas about importance of family etc. After which Thomas wears down Steffy about returning to Hope for the Future and Forrester Creations.

5) Thomas next convinces Hope to change her mind and allow him to be lead designer on Hope for the Future.

6) Hope has to go back on her word with Liam after she told him she would not work with Thomas. Liam is not happy about Hope's reversal!

7) Bill intones to Liam that if Sheila dares to betray him, things won’t end well for her.

8) It appears that Deacon and Sheila have continued chemistry and they both really fear Dollar Bill and if he finds out that they are "rallying"  with each other.

9) Dollar Bill and Sheila continue together although things are getting weird. Bill keeps asking Sheila what is going on with her mood and distraction.

10) Yesterday Dollar Bill is with Sheila and he tells her she can unburden herself by telling him the worst things she has done. He said I have killed people too. Bill gets a power outage (signal) and then leaves Sheila and tells her that he has to meet a very important client who has flown in from Europe.

11) Sheila gets on the phone with Deacon and they fret over Bill's acting weird and suspicious.

Sheila tells Deacon something weird is going on.

12) It turns out that Dollar Bill has a card access to a an FBI office and meets an FBI Agent and Ridge, who were in the room doing video and audio surveillance on Bill's home and they were monitoring Sheila.
