2) Jack and Diane end up moving up their wedding and go to city hall and are married by a Justice of the Peace.

3) It appears that Ashley and Tucker all are buying into Billy's act of disagreeing with Jack marrying Diane.

4) Tucker had negotiated a deal with Phyllis about having her trying to interfere with Diane to tip her over the edge. Phyllis doesn't meet Tucker's demands.

5) At that point Tucker reneges on the deal, so Phyllis goes to Adam and finds out from Adam that Tucker had covered up a star performer under Tucker's label that had an intimate relationship with a minor.

6) Phyllis goes to Tucker, trying to blackmail him into bringing the EMT to her trial to testify that he saw Phyllis kill Stark in self-defense.

7) Phyllis finally realizes the pain she has caused her children and that the EMT was not coming forward.

8) Today she and her attorney met with Christine, and Phyllis said she wanted to plead guilty to protect her children. 

9) Christine, Phyllis and her attorney have a meeting in the judge's chambers where Phyllis pleads guilty and made a statement to the judge as to how everything transpired with Stark.

10) The judge goes to chambers after all of this and promises a quick turnaround on sentencing.

11) The judge calls them all back and gives her reasoning followed by her sentence (for Phyllis) which is 6 months of community service and 1 year probation.
