Today, Courtney is a Sober Coach and Host of the Sober Vibes Podcast.  She shares her story in hopes to help women who may be experiencing a similar relationship with alcohol.  Courtney explains to Erin that her belief is trauma is the gateway to addiction, and alcoholism does not discriminate.

Erin asks Courtney for some tips for those who are sober and dating and those who may have swiped right on someone sober.  Life doesn't have to end once a decision to be sober is made.  Courtney will suggest, it's only just begun.
