#86:  In this episode, I speak briefly on what it means to be sober curious and abstaining from alcohol. 

It's been a recent interesting topic that has been discussed online and between friends and I. 

I've noticed some friends are afraid to say they aren't drinking alcohol right now which made me think other people may be feeling this way too.
