We have another amazing guest. When I think of this incredible woman, I consider her my sober sister, in addition to my Mastermind sister. Rachel Coll is a certified Life Coach. She mostly coaches her clients on managing their relationship with alcohol. She works with clients who want to quit drinking, who want to find a protocol for alcohol that works for them; basically, feel like they’re free from having their lives, specifically their social lives, dominated and dictated by alcohol.

When I think of her, I think of all the ways she helps everyone have a return to them, which is so much of what I do too. We’re going to talk today about both being in a Mastermind and finding friends, because Rachel’s one of my business besties, as we call it, which is so fun! We met at a live Mastermind event and she wasn’t drinking and I wasn’t either and I was like, “Yay, a Sober Sister!” If you guys haven’t seen my recent post, it’s been ten-ish months since I gave up alcohol myself. It had been something I wanted to do and I always knew I would do it. We have so much to talk about.
