Today is 2 years of sobriety for me.

And I planned on talking about my sobriety journey.

Instead, this last episode is dedicated to all of you affected by people like me. I am thinking of you today. I am thinking of you every day. We all deserve to be happy, joyous, and free. And no one should be given the power to rob us of that. I hope you find the power to remove the anchors that keep the wind from pushing your sails.

Life really is beautiful. And sobriety is absolutely worth it. And I truly thank God for today, because today is all I have.

Brittany’s Experience with my Alcoholism, Addiction, Lies, and eventually, our Separation

My most personal episode yet.

I sit down with my wife, Brittany, to share our journey through my addiction, recovery, and the toll it took on our marriage. This is a conversation we’ve never had publicly before.

From the early days of our relationship to the breaking point that led to separation, Brittany opens up about what it was like to be married to me during my darkest moments.
