Taco Mesita in Tustin is the effort of third generation chef & restauranter Ivan Calderon (Taco Rosa & Taco Mesa) and his son Nico. “A chef-driven fast-food shop with a wood-fired grill serving gourmet Mexican cuisine with house made everything including freshly pressed blue corn tortillas.
