Rachael does a terrific job. I cant say that Im a person that is necessarily open to hypnosis on the surface level (Im dont feel confident completely letting go); however, I found this a great tool to listen to as I drifted off to slfor 60 days as a fell asleep at night and noticed a huge difference in my personal life.
