Its time that we actually lay some ground rules when its comes to social media. Its evolved so quickly that its not just a place to escape. It has actually starting to cause real harm to our minds that we cant fathom. Before its to late we need to take a step back and access that damage. That way we can come up with  a real plan for healing.
