This week's episode, made in collaboration with the IE Diversity and Inclusion Committee, illuminated on a variety of topics concerning race, minorities and racism. ieThink Podcast had the opportunity to uncover some of the micro and macro aggressions faced by minorities on a daily basis, the institutionalized racism imbedded within our systems, recent social movements against racism as well as its inclusivity.
