Guest on the line: Mandisa Mbangi –South African Musician, Poet, Dancer etc

My name is Mandisa Mbangi, I was born in

Eastern Cape (Tsomo) in 1974. I then went to stay in Johannesburg, Mahikeng and Botswana

(Gaborone, Rakhuna).

 

I started poetry and traditional dance and music at primary level. Most of my skill is also drawn from my experience as a herd-girl. I also had the love for Bead craft, which is one of my strong points.

 

I’m currently studying music where I am learning acoustic guitar. I recorded my debut album in 2008 titles “Good Morning South Africa”. I’ve just recorded my second album titled “I’m Back”.
