 We need a comprehensive plan for making our communities better and safe. Any plan that is conceptualized and implemented must seek to achieve systemic change. The various levers must be deployed for a sustainable solution that goes beyond the superficial. The community mobilization program is concerned with bringing heads together for sustainable solutions at community level. Objective: The objective of the community mobilization program is the mobilization of all stakeholders in a community towards finding and implementing solutions that address chronically high levels of crime. This must be done in a way that is inclusive, sustainable and replicable.
