Social media comes in the form of phones, tablets, computers and watches nowadays. You can’t go anywhere without seeing a form of advertisement or promotion. When does it become unhealthy? How often are we going through our lives on our phone? Usually, a short break on our phone can be stress relieving. When I mean that I think 30 minutes to an hour. I would say that’s appropriate. To be more realistic to our world today, I would place that more in the 2-3 hour range. What are you doing while being on your phone? I try and fit in a form of activity where I can use my phone and do something healthy. Exercise, drawing, working on emails, etc. it’s become an integrated part of my day 24/7. How can we manage our time to make it a better experience?
