Solutions

* Have an open mind and heart

* Question everything, including yourself

* Look for the fnords

* Reification – that which is abstract is made real or concrete

* Theory v. Practice – You can read all about it, but it’s just an idea until you actually do it

* Get out in the world – walk in the forest, go hunting or fishing – Pull yourself out of the matrix

* Do what you love and live your best life
