S2 E3 - Javier Esteves, is a social entrepreneur from Buenos Aires, living in Aarhus. Javier's work aims to bridge cultural gaps and support social innovation through projects and community engagement.

We discuss his journey from studying psychology in Argentina to moving to Denmark, and then founding Creative Connections Collective (C-Cube). Javier emphasizes the importance of social entrepreneurship, particularly in a multicultural context, and introduces the concept of “Migrant-led Design" to foster inclusivity. 

In the end of the episode Javier highlights the need for leadership focused on creating value rather than consuming it, as advocated by thinker Indy Johar.
