In the wake of the Grenfell Disaster the British Government have brought in updated and new legislation aimed at ensuring the social housing sector is more focused on it's customer safety and health. The introduction of the Building Safety Bill and the revision of the Social Housing Legislation has presented a number of challenges for the housing sector that have to be overcome.
