The following panel discussion took place during our Social Impact Connect conference night. A tech-enabled future holds both promise and anxiety as communities look at how best to prepare their workforces, often focused on STEM education. Frequently, the focus on technology and engineering experiences put too little emphasis on the core math proficiency needed to truly succeed in these fields.
