CBI022 Social Lubricants, Lunchbox Lager Cocktails, and the Power of Brewery Collaborations with Sarah Gulotta
Sarah Gulotta is a former student and graduate of the Craft Beverage Institute of the Southeast program here at A-B Tech. Shortly after graduating from the program, she began working at Hi-Wire Brewing Company as a tour guide before working in packaging, and later, in beer brewing. Now, Sarah works in the sales department at Hi-Wire.
Sarah joins me today to discuss the power of collaboration in the craft beverage brewing industry. She shares the benefits of packaging your products in cans versus bottles and why Hi-Wire decided to shift their packaging focus from bottles to cans. She shares her experience of working in the brewing industry from a female brewer perspective and her predictions for the future of the brewing industry. We also discuss what a Lunchbox lager cocktail is - and how to make one.
