In this episode, Mike and I looked at what we all see in social media platforms. A certain pattern of behaviors where flashing the lifestyle is the norm, where vanity is the standard. What we come to find out is that social media, is not bad, it is a double edge sword. What you do with it is up to you. Us as leaders, we need to cultivate the art of adding value to the market place. Social Media is doing its job, and that is to expose YOU!
