Teens and social media go hand-in-hand.  For parents, it can be a huge trigger, as we didn't grow up with our face in screens.  However, it's not all bad.  In this episode we talk about the Good, Bad, and Ugly aspects to social media (and gaming), along with some things you can do try and make peace with it.
