Hi loves! And welcome! This podcast was born in a past iteration of my work, during a time when connection—to Spirit, self, and the unseen—was the axis of my becoming. Connected (w/ Kimberly Dam) served as a container for psychospiritual inquiry, emotional excavation, and inner rewilding.

While these conversations once reflected my deepest truths, I no longer fully resonate with parts of what was shared here. The path has since refined. My voice has since rooted. And the embodiment I now carry moves from a deeper stillness.
