People use social media for all kinds of different reasons.

To sell stuff.

Social media is undoubtedly the most powerful sales tool you can have for your business, if you use it with intention.

For instance, if you regularly publish content that your avatar customer finds particularly appealing and valuable, how much more likely would they be to buy from you?

Much more so because they know who you are, and you have already provided value.

In this video I touch on how to use social media as a SALES FUNNEL which introduces your ideal customer to their ideal solution (you.).

So the top of the funnel is discovery/awareness or whatever you want to call it. And the subsequent steps represent the different stages your customer leads go through to ultimately end up buying from you.

If you're keeping track of each of these stages, you can identify where the leaks in the funnel are, and correct them.

For instance, if nobody is converting into a customer, you know that there is a problem at some stage of the funnel.
