Based on the stats, no one seems to think that social security will be around for them in the way that it is for retirees now. This is both problematic and a cause for action. When you know that one potential source of retirement income is on the outs, you need to find some way to supplement that income or change your retirement plan altogether. I do not want you to be reliant on the government to take care of you in retirement. Let's take our retirement into our own hands! Today, we will discuss:
1. What each generation thinks about social security
2. The average social security benefit
3. How we should view social security and act based on that view
