The topic of mental health in the church is somewhat of a taboo subject to discuss.  In this episode we dive into the benefits of seeking therapy, the role that the church plays in caring for people holistically, the power of prayer, and how to develop and trustworthy relationships.  We also look at some interesting ideas floating around TikTok including “therapy speak” and the problems associated with it.  Lastly, we compare social workers and therapists vs. life coaches and how they are not the same!
