I sit down with my dear friend Sheldon who has been in the industry as a Social Worker for over 20 years! Talk about years of invaluable experience in the field. We had a great chat and discuss the importance of balancing work and family life, what inspired him to get into the field of Social Work and what keeps him motivated to change lives every day. He offers so much wisdom and somewhat of a unique perspective in the field especially for people who are called upon to help extremely vulnerable populations.
