It was announced during the week that AFL commentating legend Bruce McAvaney is retiring from AFL commentating.

Bruce is one of Soda's idols, friends and work-colleague at Channel 7. At an event for Channel 7, Bruce made a surprise appearance and spoke of his struggles throughout his many years of commentating.

In a thoughtful conversation, Soda discussed with Erin their times of self-doubt and when they've questioned if they were good enough.
