This week we visited Dan Dainton from Dainton Family... he's unsure. But it's a brewery and brewpub in Carrum Downs (Melbourne). We spoke to Dan way back when he was starting out as a contract brewer and now he told us how is brand has changed and matured. We learned all about the troubles that growth brings, and how Dan has dealt with them.
