Happiness is not happening ‘when’ it’s happening now. Happiness is not the station we arrive at, happiness is the journey and how we travelled to get there. You cannot have a miserable journey and arrive at a happy ending. That is known as relief for arriving not for creating a happy experience. As Margaret Runbeck said, “Happiness is not a station you arrive at, but a manner of traveling.”
