While enjoying the perfection that is Disneyland and seeing the attention to detail and dedication that the employees show in creating a phenomenal experience for visitors, I had to wonder how they manage to show-up daily and help create the fantasy of Disney even while enduring hardships in their personal lives. That’s why it’s imperative to show compassion to others, especially those we whom we encounter briefly. We never know what their personal struggles are and compassion lets them know we understand who they are even if we don’t know the details for their lives.
