From hitting “post” on Instagram to overthinking every reaction, we get into the fears, the self-conscious spirals, and why sometimes, done really is better than perfect. We also dive into some chaotic life updates (one of us is wearing a reflux monitor, wrist brace, and glasses… it’s a look), plus why announcing a podcast feels weirdly more exposing than a job interview.

There’s also a detour into the emotional labour of being a WAG, a Eurostar saga that almost ended in disaster, and a run-in with a very tall man who may or may not have been an NBA player. We’re taking a short Easter break, but we’ll be back soon - ideally with fewer medical devices and plenty more chaos to report.
