It is time for us to hear the calls of our own hearts. To release the conditions that have us push and pull at ourSELVES and one another in a race and a world that is driven by fear. 

It is time to harvest our love. To soften our edges and lay down our armour to BE what it is we WISH to see in the WORLD. 

Anew is here. Anew is calling from deep within. 

This musing practise is a call to remember ourSELVES home. 
To untangle from our suffering, fear and facades and meet ourSELVES within the nest of our chest. To listen, and awaken to the actions that are not laced or layered out from the mind, rather have been gathering deep within. You are not alone. You are art and medicine.
