Softube is a Swedish developer of music add-ons for editing. This year, they teamed up with Weiss to build a new EQ. At NAMM 2021, we learned about this new version of the software, the EQ1 by Weiss.
Weiss EQ MP is a seven band mixing tools. Each band gives you a cut to boost range of -39 to +18. This is based on a 1:1 code port of the minimum phase algorithm.
Softube partnered with Weiss Engineering to develop this professional-grade EQ. The EQ MP gives an editor EQ1 transparency coupled with the sharpest accuracy possible.
This EQ can be added to any audio/video program for Mac or PC using VST, VST3, AU, or AAX 11.0.2 or higher.
