Some states have jumped onto the solar bandwagon with gusto. Colorado is a solar leader with over 6000 people working in the industry in 2015. There are far fewer workers in states like Wyoming and North Dakota. And even less in Alaska, where the solar revolution has been especially slow to take root. But with prices dropping dramatically around the world, some Alaskan entrepreneurs are now seeing an opportunity. As Rachel Waldholz of Alaska's Energy Desk reports for Inside Energy, one of the challenges they face is convincing people that solar works in Alaska -- and that, in fact, Alaska might be ideal solar territory.
