We went all out fan girl on this episode of SolePower! Jen Edds has been on our list for a while - we tried not to overwhelm her with total geekery. Podcaster, keynote speaker, songwriter, Gen Xer and all-round awesome chick - Jen is a powerful woman. While her background is in music, an opportunity presented itself a few years ago - editing a podcast for nuns. What? Yes, nuns. She enjoyed listening to the podcast and wanted to learn more about editing. She figured it out (because she's a bad ass) and moved into podcasting herself. Dubbing herself the "head broad in charge," Jen developed several podcasts of her own - the UkuDaily Dispatch, Beauty and the GI, and The Brassy Broadcast. She helps clients navigate through the podcast world as they develop their own style and message. She gave us a few tips and we are eternally grateful!

Jen also uses her musical talent to create songs for clients. These aren't typical songs - they're stories told through song instead of PowerPoint slides. Who wouldn't prefer songs to a boring slide show? We loved her song for Pride month in June. And her songs about co-workers. Well, you just need to hear them all.
