Several flippers along the brutally cold Arctic air masses are expected to invade the Midwest over the next couple of weeks. Along with one or two more significant winter storms impacting the middle part of the country with the possibility of Tennessee into North Carolina being impacted by a significant snow later this week. This could be the result of a Gulf low according to a reliable computer mode. GFS model shows a panhandle hook moving across the Midwest for next weekend. l
