Derrick Bailey entered the real estate business after a lengthy and successful career in manufacturing.  Initially, Derrick joined a large team and had very quick success.  After 2 years of working as a listing agent on a team, Derrick took off the training wheels and began his career as a solo agent in 2020.  In 2022, Derrick sold 111 homes with no help, with the exception of a closing coordinator.  Derrick shares with us what he has done to sell over 100 homes in a year.  He also shares his mindset and work ethic, as well as specific actions that he takes daily to create so much success.
