Looking back at the first 12 months since launching sanoMIND, I can clearly see all the silly mistakes I made. Some were made because I was stubborn and others I chalk up to being a first-time product founder. 

The mistakes are easily fixable. I'll never get that time back. It's gone forever. But what I can do is make sure the next 12 months are way better than the first.
