#010 - We all face fears and challenges throughout our lives.  In this episode my guest, Shelby Mann, talks about overcoming her fears to be a solo hiker in Colorado.  Shelby dives into some of the aspects it takes to be a solo female hiker.

Shelby and I discuss the safety aspects of solo hiking.  She also talks about some of her favorite memories of hiking including her love for Rocky Mountain National Park.  We also talk about some of her encounters with wildlife on the trail as well as what it means to hike and what goes on in her mind as she hikes by herself in the beautiful state of Colorado.
