This week on The Shine Bright Podcast I talk about my spiritual journey so far.

 

I haven't been too open about my spirituality because I always felt like it was something that made me weird. However, I LOVE this part of myself. It’s such a huge part of why I am here and I enjoy talking about it.

 

I actually started my journey at a young age. I was around 8 years old when I was first introduced to things like meditation, energy, Feng Shui, Shamanism, and manifestation.

 

It has been an interesting ride but I wouldn’t give it up for anything. I am so grateful I get to share a snippet of what my experience has been so far with spirituality.
