Can you believe this is episode 99? If you've been with me from the beginning, wow. I am so grateful we've been together for 2 years. It's hard to believe my 100th episode is coming right at the end of 2018, which seems really special and monumental.  Today, I'm talking about starting your intentions early (pssst you don't have to wait to 2019), nutrition this time of year and why I discourage starting new "diets" but instead figuring out what works for you, and finally how you can add your own daily rituals into your daily life so that you can show up best for yourself and others.  I hope you enjoy this episode, and I'll see you back here next week for the 100th episode!
