PS: i forgot to add in the HAPPY COW APPPP!! this is my biggest piece of advice for vegans while traveling. I would not be able to travel and enjoy myself if I didn’t have this app. It’s honestly the best thing ever.

P.P.S: most of the countries I travel alone to, I speak the language (Spanish). But, I would (and have) traveled to countries in which I dont speak the language. If you are nervous about this factor, staying at a hotel may be helpful as you are guaranteed to have people around you at all times that speak English and that can set up events, taxis, transportation, etc for you!
